VoxForce Terms & Referral Disclosure
This page is a draft template, not a signed contract. Have your attorney review and adapt it into a real Partner Agreement before any community relies on it.
1. What VoxForce Is
VoxForce is a referral program: organized communities ("Community," "Partner," "you") refer local businesses to sign up for the AI Receptionist, and in return earn a share of each referred business's subscription for as long as it stays active. VoxForce itself is not the product a referred business uses day to day — it's the referral relationship and the Partner Portal that tracks it.
2. Relationship to the Referred Product's Terms
When a business signs up for the AI Receptionist through a VoxForce referral, that business's use of the AI Receptionist is governed by the AI Receptionist's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, presented to it at signup — not by these Terms. These Terms govern only: (a) a Community's participation in the referral program itself, and (b) use of the VoxForce Partner Portal. Amiovox.ai is not a party to the service agreement between the referred business and the AI Receptionist provider, and these Terms create no obligations for Amiovox.ai with respect to how that product is delivered.
3. Eligibility
VoxForce is open to organized communities — booster clubs, college chapters, sales teams, youth leagues, civic and faith organizations, and similar groups — that can refer local businesses and receive payouts to a community fund or designated account.
4. Referral & Commission Mechanics
- A Community refers a business using its unique referral link or code;
- The business signs up and becomes an active subscriber to the AI Receptionist;
- The Community earns its agreed share of that subscription for as long as the account stays active, tracked and paid through the Partner Portal;
- Commission ends if the referred business cancels its subscription; VoxForce does not guarantee any minimum payout or retention period.
5. Partner Portal Use
Communities are responsible for keeping their Partner Portal login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the account and payout information they provide. Amiovox.ai may suspend Portal access for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Communities may not misrepresent the AI Receptionist, VoxForce, or Amiovox.ai to prospective referrals; submit fabricated or self-referred signups; or attempt to manipulate commission tracking.
7. Term & Termination
Either party may end a Community's participation in VoxForce at any time. Commission already earned on active, legitimate referrals prior to termination will still be paid out per the standard schedule.
8. Disclaimers
VoxForce is provided "as is." Amiovox.ai does not guarantee any specific number of referrals, conversions, or commission amount.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amiovox.ai's liability to a Community arising from these Terms is limited to the commission actually owed and unpaid at the time of any claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a Community's Partner Agreement specifies otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where practical, communicated directly to active Communities.
